Madrid, Spain – INTEGRASYS Group has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NGO Militarnyi as part of its long-term commitment to supporting Ukraine's defence ecosystem. The agreement further strengthens INTEGRASYS' presence in Ukraine, creating new opportunities for collaboration in defence innovation, satellite technologies, strategic communications, and operational capability development.

This partnership reflects INTEGRASYS' strategy of working closely with allied nations, defence organizations, and industry leaders to accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies that improve operational resilience and mission readiness in increasingly contested environments.

Through this collaboration, INTEGRASYS will expand its participation in defence programmes, technology demonstrations, operational testing and collaborative innovation initiatives across Ukraine. The partnership will facilitate closer cooperation with defence institutions, military organizations, industry stakeholders and end users, helping accelerate the deployment and validation of advanced SATCOM monitoring, Spectrum Superiority, GNSS resilience, anti-jamming, anti-spoofing, Electronic Warfare and defence software solutions.

Under the agreement, both organizations will cooperate on initiatives related to defence technologies, cybersecurity, information exchange, industrial cooperation, education, training, and support for emerging defence innovation projects.

Key Areas of Cooperation Include:

· Joint defence technology demonstrations and operational validation projects.

· Support for defence innovation ecosystems and emerging defence startups.

· Collaboration with Ukrainian defence organizations, industry and government stakeholders.

· Strategic communications and international awareness initiatives.

· Knowledge exchange, education and technology cooperation.

· Evaluation and deployment of advanced satellite communications, Electronic Warfare and resilient PNT technologies.
